Chris had a basement full of possessions belonging to her three grown children, as well as her own antique furniture, holiday decorations, workout machines and craft items.

To create space for renovation, she sought help in determining what to sell, what to toss, and what to keep.

  • designating out-of-the-way spaces for storage of her children's items.
  • incorporating usable furniture into the other areas of the home, and marking the remaining furniture for sale, donation, or trash.
  • boxing and grouping items to include in the yard sale.
