Ship Shape Strategies makes moving hassle-free. Start-to-finish moving services include 
preparing the home for sale, clutter clearing, packing techniques, move-in setup and room 
layout design. Using packing techniques, we eliminate the need for excessive and time sensitive work after the house is sold.

Lois needed to streamline her current home office to accommodate her new, smaller, home office space. 

The task was overwhelming to her. Twelve years of paperwork had accumulated and she found it difficult to decide what was important to keep and what could 
be discarded. 

Likewise, Lois was actively involved in completing her new book, working for several different charity organizations, working a full time job, and packing the rest of her large farmhouse.

  • working with Lois discard out-of-date items, prioritize current documents and assess her needs for the future.
  • assembling a plan for the new space and then packing the remaining materials according to where they would be located in the new space.
  • implementing a basket filing system that worked with her personal style - in lieu of filing cabinets.
  • organizing items in the baskets and incorporating the basket system into book cases to make files easily accessible.
