As a professional organizing
consultant and certified educator, Stephanie has worked to develop
strategies for individuals to maximize efficiency
through goal setting, time management and organization
for over 10 years. As an entrepreneur, Stephanie
achieves results for adults and children by assessing, designing and
implementing individually tailored action plans based on
their natural strengths and skills. She fosters learning and development
for colleagues as the Professional Development Director
of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the National
Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), is an
active member of CHADD
(Children and Adults with ADD). Stephanie
further explores her creativity by designing and
painting custom murals and borders as
Stephanie Marie Murals.
Michelle Riehl

Instructor, Chart Your CourseSM
Michelle Riehl has been educating children and adults
for more than 15 years. Her problem solving,
organizational and motivational skills enable her to
help people of all ages achieve their goals. As a
high school biology teacher, Michelle developed
students' appreciation for science beyond the basics.
Her participation in the school dynamics included new
teacher mentoring, curriculum development and technology
needs assessment. Michelle combines her strengths
in education with her ability to guide people toward
their success through her consulting business, Riehl
Solutions.
Tina Dymond

Instructor, Chart Your CourseSM
Tina Dymond has a variety of teaching experiences to share
with Ship Shape StrategiesSM. She has
taught science in traditional, alternative, and
international educational settings for more than five years
to students ranging from 7th to 12th grade. Team
teaching in an interdisciplinary study curriculum, serving
as a department chair, participating on a Student
Activities Committee, and acting as an assistant director
in the school play are several examples of her ability to
plan, organize and execute the duties necessary to motivate
students to success. Tina has the opportunity to put
these abilities to use daily as she raises her two
daughters and instructs part time.
Carla Mannix

Instructor, Chart Your CourseSM
Carla Mannix brings
both traditional classroom experience and international
professional training to Ship Shape Strategies. She
taught 7th grade English and then worked
overseas with Peace Corps and Habitat for Humanity
International for nine years. In her varied roles as
advisor, mentor, trainer, and partner, she always
displayed her commitment to transfer organizational
skills and useful knowledge as effectively as possible.
She offers a cross-cultural perspective and deeply
caring attitude to the Chart Your CourseSM
program. She currently raises her three
children, tutors, and volunteers with her son's PTO.
Leisa Bowman

Instructor, Chart Your CourseSM
Leisa Bowman is an educator who has worked with children
and adults for over 20 years. Her teaching experience
has included nurturing her students' abilities to set
goals, plan, organize, and problem-solve. Leisa is
trained in and has taught students challenged by specific
learning disabilities and attention deficit disorder.
Her later work as a GED and ESL instructor for adults
required Leisa to be creative, supportive, knowledgeable
and encouraging. Leisa currently works as a
specialist at a rehabilitation facility for individuals
with traumatic brain injuries and utilizes her analytic,
organizational, and planning skills to develop in-service
training sessions for staff. Outside of work, Leisa
efficiently uses her time and resources to manage her
family of five children while pursuing a Masters degree.
Jessica Hegarty

Instructor, Chart Your CourseSM
Jesscia Hegarty brings 12 years of teaching experience to
Chart Your CourseSM. She has taught in a
traditional classroom setting as well as in Sunday School,
youth group, college drama team, swim lessons and swim
team. Teaching children for over a decade has allowed
Jessica to develop her now fine-tuned planning and
organizing skills. These experiences have
also contributed to Jessica's innate devotion and
enthusiasm for working with children of all ages.
Jessica works at home raising her two children and is
currently home schooling her toddler. As an
instructor for Chart Your CourseSM, Jessica is
excited to use her years of experience with children to
serve as a compassionate guide to teach students to better
understanding their organizational strengths and overcome
their challenges.
